How A Booking Works

Straight forward,
no surprises.

Most jobs follow the same simple flow. You'll always know what's happening with the car and what it's going to cost before we start.

Book In

Phone, email or the contact form — tell us what's going on and when suits you. We'll confirm the slot and let you know whether a loan car is available for the day.

We Inspect

The vehicle goes onto the hoist and through our scan tools. We identify what the job actually needs — and what it doesn't — before quoting anything.

You Approve, We Finish

We call with the quote. You give the go-ahead. We complete the work to factory spec, give the car a quality check, and let you know it's ready for collection.

Do you offer a loan car?
Yes — we have a small fleet of loan cars available free of charge for customers having work done. Let us know when you book so we can hold one for you. They go quickly, especially on Mondays and Fridays.
Can I drop off the night before?
Absolutely. We've got a secure key-drop on-site so you can leave the car after hours and let us know the details by text or email. We'll be in touch first thing in the morning.
Do you service EVs and hybrids?
Yes — our team is high-voltage trained and we have the diagnostic equipment for all the common EV and hybrid models on Kiwi roads. We can handle scheduled servicing, brakes, suspension and tyres for any EV, plus high-voltage system diagnostics where needed.
Will servicing here affect my new-car warranty?
No. Under the Consumer Guarantees Act, servicing your vehicle at an independent qualified workshop like ours doesn't void the manufacturer's warranty — provided we follow the manufacturer's service schedule and use the correct parts. We always do.
How long does a WOF take?
Around 45 minutes for most vehicles. Book a slot and we'll have you in and out the same morning. If something fails, we'll explain exactly what's needed to pass and can usually quote and book the repair on the spot.
